We believe it is time for a global athlete to become the leader in bodybuilding. This includes winning major events such as Mr. Olympia and the Arnold Classic.

We believe
- The audience for bodybuilding is global. The next generation of bodybuilders must have appeal to fans around the world.
- The next generation must understand that bodybuilding is both a sport and a business. You are not just an athlete. You are a business.
- The world is diverse. The next generation of bodybuilders must celebrate all of their fans. This includes fans of all races, genders, and sexual orientations.
- We believe athletes are role-models, especially for children. Your actions and method of conduct influence many people. The athlete we work with shares this belief and wants to be a positive part of the global community. For example, as an athlete, you would remind children of the value of a good education and learning.
- While we focus on working with male athletes, we have full respect for women. The athlete will work with must share this value and believe that women should have all the rights and opportunities of men.
- We oppose racism in any form. In fact, we believe that black and brown bodybuilders do not always get fair treatment and opportunity in the sport. This is improving, and we want to help. We will consider athletes of any race, but they must share our commitment to ending racism.
- The next champion may still be amateur, or has yet to compete at any level. For the right athlete, we will work with you to move from amateur to Pro status.
- We like to establish long-term working relationships with the right athletes.
